After a PhD in Neuroscience in Paris, Dr Matthieu Delescluse joined DG RTD in the Commission where I was responsible for the analysis and development of STI statistics and indicators to assess R&I performance. He was then in charge of preparing the Roam-Like-At-Home Regulation in DG CNECT. He is now coordinating the digital aspects of Horizon Europe.
