Innovative SMEs face strong price competition, lack of finance and lack of demand. The Greek Start-Up Manifesto identifies additional barriers related to the tax environment, legal and regulatory provisions for SMEs, access to digital infrastructures, links with academia, access to finance and foreign markets.
