Astrophysics Data System - ADS Article Service

This service provides free and unrestricted access to scanned images of journals, conference proceedings and books in Astronomy and Astrophysics. The articles can be accessed in three ways: Through the article service for journals and conference proceedings: Users can query by volume and page number for a specific article. Through the table of contents service: Users can generate a list of all the articles published in an issue of a journal. Through the abstract service: Any abstract for which a scanned article is available will contain in its page additional options allowing users to view or print the article.

Astrophysics Data System - ADS Abstract Service

The SAO (Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory)/NASA Astrophysics Data System Abstract Service provides a gateway to the online Astronomy and Physics literature. You can navigate this content using the following query interfaces: Basic Search, which searches the entire body of literature (8,497,631 records) currently indexed in the ADS. Astronomy and Astrophysics Search, an advanced interface which searches the 1,747,685 records currently in the Astronomy database, including 144,701 abstracts from Planetary Sciences and Solar Physics journals.   Physics and Geophysics Search, an advanced interface which searches the 5,596,524 records currently in the Physics database, including 473,565 abstracts from APS journals and 301,841 abstracts from SPIE conference proceedings. arXiv Preprints Search, an advanced interface which searches the 617,299 records consisting of all the papers published in the arXiv e-print archive. Science Education Search, a basic interface to the literature in Science Education Research and related publications (a selected subset of publications from the above databases). Topic Search (beta), an experimental interface providing users with capability of finding the most relevant, most recent, most important, most popular, most useful and most instructive papers on a particular topic.
